My job as the visual design lead was to collaborate with the UX designer to develop the visual language for the Apple Watch extension. Since this was simply an add-on to the phone application the functionality would only be focused on these main areas: a Glance to display current and available balances, recent transactions per account, the ability to find and navigate to a nearby bank branch or ATM, and the ability to call the central bank.
The design was kept simple and to the point, focusing on typographical hierarchy and using color pop accents to visually organize each layout. I also designed an accompanying style guide to be referenced in development.
Bank of Trust is the working name of an out-of-the-box banking solutions application. It is a product built to be re-skinned and adjusted quickly and easily and is currently used by numerous financial institutions around the world.
